By accessing or purchasing from White Label Research, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Research Use Only

All products sold by White Label Research are intended solely for laboratory and research purposes. They are not for human or animal use. All product information and handling instructions are provided for informational and research purposes only. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and accept this condition.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from White Label Research. By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age, that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and that you are purchasing products for lawful research purposes.

Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Payment is accepted via Interac e-Transfer. Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. White Label Research reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

If e-Transfer payment instructions are not followed accordingly, we reserve the right to not accept the funds and the order will not be processed.

Shipping

All orders are shipped in discreet, unbranded packaging. Free shipping is available on orders of $400 or more (pre-tax).

White Label Research is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once a package has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier and the recipient. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess and resolve on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

White Label Research shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or adverse effects resulting from the misuse, mishandling, or improper application of any products purchased. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the use of products obtained from White Label Research.

By purchasing, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Label Research from any claims arising from the handling or use of these products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

Purchasers must adopt all necessary safety precautions when handling products.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, purity data, and certificates of analysis are accurate and up to date. However, White Label Research does not warrant that all information on this website is complete or error-free.

Privacy

We collect personal information solely for the purpose of processing orders and improving our services. Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed under Canadian law. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
