Flat rate: $25

Free shipping on orders of $400 or more (pre-tax).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no external markings indicating the contents. Temperature-sensitive items are packed accordingly to maintain product integrity during transit.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time through your account or via the carrier’s website.

Lost or Stolen Packages

White Label Research is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once a shipment has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier and the recipient. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking and ensuring a secure delivery location.
